The oil spill from the shipwrecked vessel is not just affecting Scarborough, it is present in bays up to Roxborough. Speaking at a press conference today, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine said their first task is to identify the vessel. He indicated that neither they nor TEMA received reports of a missing vessel or a vessel in distress.
