IDA accuses THA of purchasing villas

Scarborough, Tobago – Dr. Denise Tsoiafatt-Angus, political leader of the Innovative Democratic Alliance (IDA), has accused the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) of improperly purchasing five villas. She alleges the villas were acquired to house the oncology and HIV units of the hospital.

Dr. Tsoiafatt-Angus raised the question of why the THA would approve such a purchase. Her comments highlight growing concerns about the administration’s spending and its approach to acquiring property for healthcare services.
