An increase in visitor arrivals is expected for Tobago Carnival 2024, scheduled for October 25th to 27th. The THA held a multi-stakeholder press conference today at the Shaw Park Complex to share their expectations with the public. Newly appointed Chairman of the Tobago Festivals Commission, Kern Cowan, stated that the third edition of the Tobago Carnival will be “bigger and better.”
