Tobago Festivals Commissions expects bumper Tobago Carnival 2024 season.
Scarborough, Tobago – An increase in visitor arrivals is expected for Tobago Carnival 2024, scheduled for October 25th to 27th. The Tobago House of Assembly (THA) held a multi-stakeholder press conference today at the Shaw Park Complex to share their expectations with the public.
Newly appointed Chairman of the Tobago Festivals Commission, Kern Cowan, stated that the third edition of the Tobago Carnival will be “bigger and better.” This announcement highlights the THA’s optimism and commitment to growing the island’s flagship cultural event.
