Missing 14-year-old and one-year-old found in Tobago.
Scarborough, Tobago – Two missing children, 14-year-old Linel Noel and one-year-old Kayleb Noel from Point Fortin, Trinidad, have been found safe in Tobago.
Officers from the Child Protection Unit and the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) Tobago Division located the minors at a house in Scarborough. The TTPS confirmed that both children were safe and that the Children’s Authority was contacted immediately following their discovery. The children were originally reported missing on the 11th of September, 2024, at the Couva Police Station. The TTPS’s Special Victims Department is continuing investigations into this matter.
