Youth tokenism is coming to an end

As the United Nations’ 4th International Conference on Small Island Developing States (SIDS4) continues, CARICOM’s Youth Ambassador, Luke James-Trim, believes that youth tokenism in global issues is coming to an end. A special summit was held prior to the SIDS4 conference, focusing on youth and children’s voices for climate justice in Small Island Developing States. From all that was expressed, James-Trim is confident that the youth voice is finally being heard.
