Chief Secretary Farley Augustine addressed Tobagonians today regarding the recent surge in crime on the island. His remarks followed a series of disturbing incidents, including this morning’s murder of Nikisha Sandy in Plymouth, the discovery of Shellon Walters-Joseph’s body in Mt. St. George, a drive-by shooting in Speyside last Friday resulting in multiple injuries, and a suspected retaliatory shooting in Speyside on Tuesday.
