St. Joseph, Trinidad – After four years in the making, the Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) of Trinidad and Tobago has officially commissioned its Operational Control Centre (OCC). Located in St. Joseph, Trinidad, this state-of-the-art facility stands as the largest of its kind in the English-speaking Caribbean.
The OCC is charged with the critical responsibility of significantly improving WASA’s daily operations, thereby increasing its overall efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction. This new command center is expected to streamline water distribution, optimize response times, and provide better service to citizens across the nation.
