Tobago reports zero serious crimes against 89,000 cruise ship visitors

This impressive safety record is attributed to the diligent efforts of the Tourism-Oriented Policing (TOPS) section of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS), led by Corporal Wendy John.
