Forty-two primary schools across Tobago are set to become hubs of civic debate and legislative discovery as the Tobago House of Assembly (THA) Legislature launches its third annual Primary Plenary Caravan.
Kicking off on Monday, May 11, 2026, the two-week islandwide initiative organized by the Legislature’s Education and Outreach Unit is designed to “Engage and Educate” the next generation of youth leaders. By taking parliamentary processes directly into classrooms across both East and West Tobago, the tour bridges the gap between official governance chambers and primary school students, demystifying the legislative process and fostering early civic responsibility.
