Tobago’s top police officers Assistant Commissioner Collis Hazel and Senior Superintendent Rodhill Kirk have been transferred to Trinidad and two new officers have replaced them. Yesterday, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine met with ACP Oswain Subero, who is now in charge of the TTPS Tobago Division, and Senior Superintendant Earl Elie, who replaced ACP Hazel and Superintendent Kirk Res. They met at the Hochoy Charles Administrative Complex.
