Chief Secretary welcomes new top cops
Scarborough, Tobago – Tobago’s top police officers, Assistant Commissioner Collis Hazel and Senior Superintendent Rodhill Kirk, have been transferred to Trinidad and replaced by two new officers.
Yesterday, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine met with the new leadership at the Hochoy Charles Administrative Complex. The new officers are Assistant Commissioner Oswain Subero, who is now in charge of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service (TTPS) Tobago Division, and Senior Superintendent Earl Elie, who has replaced Superintendent Kirk. This significant leadership change aims to bring a new dynamic to policing on the island.
