Tobago Heritage begins with thanksgiving service

We come back! This is the theme of this year’s Tobago Heritage Festival. And there’s no better way to kickstart the festivities than giving thanks. Earlier today a thanksgiving service was held at the Scarborough Roman Catholic Church in honour of thirty-seven years of the heritage festival.
