At the 34th Plenary Sitting of the Tobago House of Assembly held earlier today, Minority Leader Kelvon Morris introduced a motion for the Tobago Autonomy Bills, which are currently before parliament. One is the Tobago Constitution Amendment Bill and the other is the Tobago Island Governance Bill. Morris emphasized that the bills are designed to give Tobago greater control over its own affairs.
