October 24, 2024 – The Tobago Division of the Trinidad and Tobago Chamber of Industry and Commerce has commended the growth of the Tobago Carnival. During a press conference, they expressed satisfaction with the festival’s development over the past three years, recognizing its emergence as a unique carnival brand for the island. Alpha Lorde, President of the Tobago Hotel and Tourism Association, supported these comments, highlighting that the Tobago House of Assembly’s (THA) efforts are yielding positive results, with increased occupancy rates and significant interest in the event.
