Constitutional reform committee recommends that T.H.A. should be granted law-making powers
The recommendations from the Constitutional Reform Committee are now public. After six months of nationwide consultations, the final report was presented to Prime Minister on Friday August 2nd, 2024, the Report was presented to Cabinet on Thursday August 8th, 2024. Cabinet then agree to make the document public. Among many recommendations was one which recognized that the THA should have law making powers.
