Kelvon Morris, Minority Leader of the Tobago House of Assembly, has accused the THA of improper contract awards. Speaking on Facebook Live, he criticised the practice of awarding lucrative contracts to external companies with no ties to Tobago. He also questioned the financial credibility of CSSL, which was awarded a $186 million project despite its failure to complete a $25 million Lamby road project.
