Technology continues to evolve with the aim of making life easier, even for the visually impaired. The Persons Associated With Visual Impairments gifted two laptops to two Tobago students, siblings Dayshawn and Devanie Thomas, who attend Signal Hill Secondary School and Mason Hall Secondary School, respectively.
