The Persons Associated With Visual Impairments (PAVI) has gifted two laptops to two Tobago students, siblings Dayshawn and Devanie Thomas. The students attend Signal Hill Secondary School and Mason Hall Secondary School, respectively. This initiative aims to provide them with crucial tools for their education and personal development.
