Construction on New Scarborough Secondary School Must Start Soon, Says Chief Secretary Augustine

Responding to questions from the media, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine stated that while he was unable to provide a definitive starting date for the construction, he emphasized that it has to commence without further delay.
