THA offices to be closed on Monday 16th December for island-wide Robinson day clean-up.
With Christmas Day quickly approaching many have begun their Christmas cleaning. For some, this is the time to discard old items like stoves and refrigerators. The Tobago House of Assembly, is hosting an island-wide clean-up in honour of the late ANR Robinson whose 98th birthday would have been on Monday, December 16th- declared “Robinson Day”. On Monday, all THA offices will be closed as they join the effort to ensure Tobago remains clean. Residents are encouraged to place all of their white waste materials on the curb on Sunday night for collection on Monday.
