TRHA concludes investigations into deaths of Nadea Shangie and her baby Zeniah.
The Division of Health, Wellness, and Social Protection, along with the Tobago Regional Health Authority, have completed a preliminary investigation into the deaths of Nadea Shanghie and her baby, Zeniah. In a statement issued today, the Division and the TRHA noted that the investigation’s findings conclude that the medical staff involved “categorically and undeniably” did everything possible to save Nadea’s life, strictly following all appropriate clinical pathways in providing emergency care.
