Regarded as a significant elder of Tobago, he was sought after for his wisdom and practical approach. As the nation mourns his loss, the IDA called for recognition of the symbolic significance of this moment as it marks the transition of leadership from seasoned statesmen, who contributed to Tobago and Trinidad and Tobago’s progress, to a new generation.
