Failure to operationalise Roxborough hospital

Minority leader Kelvon Morris hosted a press conference today to discuss Tobago’s healthcare system, specifically the Roxborough Hospital. He said that the Secretary for the Division of Health, Wellness, and Social Protection, Dr Faith B. Yisrael, has failed to operationalise the Roxborough Hospital, which could have possibly saved the lives of Nadea Shanghie and her baby.
