Tobagonians want the reformed constitution to embody equity in status between Trinidad and Tobago. The National Advisory Committee on Constitutional Reform held a public consultation at the Belle Garden Multipurpose Centre on Thursday night as they continue to gather views on what should formulate the terms of reference for constitution reform.
