Duke Saddened by Changes on Heritage Calendar

This year, the Tobago Heritage Festival will go ahead without events such as the Les Coteaux Tales and Superstitions, Pembroke’s Salaka Feast, and Black Rock’s Sea Festival. Due to funding changes for this year’s festival, some villages opted not to host events. Political Leader of the Progressive Democratic Patriots, Watson Duke, says this news saddens him.
