Duke accuses THA of managing deficit budget

Ahead of Monday’s THA budget reading, political leader of the Progressive Democratic Patriots, Watson Duke accused Chief Secretary Farley Augustine of managing a deficit budget. Speaking at a press conference at his party’s headquarters in Scarborough, Duke explained that Augustine has failed to generate substantial revenue while not reinvesting the money into the community, as was promised on the election campaign trail.
