Defining Tobago’s Boundaries

Chief Secretary Farley Augustine declared that defining Tobago’s boundaries is non-negotiable for increasing the island’s autonomy during his budget presentation in the Assembly Legislature on Monday. However, speaking at a press conference, PDP political leader Watson Duke accused Augustine of not understanding the current constitutional arrangements, which prevent it from happening.
