Scarborough, Tobago – According to the Innovative Democratic Alliance (IDA), the recently submitted constitutional reform report requires revisiting. Speaking at a press conference, political leader Dr. Denise Tsoiafatt-Angus highlighted several determinations within the report that she believes do not adequately reflect the will of the people of Tobago, especially where self-governance is concerned.
Dr. Tsoiafatt-Angus’s comments underscore the IDA’s concern that the proposed reforms may not fully empower the island. The party is advocating for a more comprehensive approach to ensure the final report aligns with Tobago’s aspirations for greater autonomy.
