Board of inland revenue cashier services to open at 8 am and close at 10 am on budget day, Monday, September 30th
On Tuesday, September 18th, Finance Minister Colm Imbert advised the nation that the 2025 budget would be presented on Monday, September 30th, 2024. As such, the Board of Inland Revenue has issued a notice of early closure of all its cashier services on Budget Day. Cashier services will open at 8 AM and close at 10 AM. However, all non-cashier services will remain available throughout the workday. Persons wishing to make 3rd quarter payments are advised to do so on or before September 30th. The Board of Inland Revenue said those arrangements have become necessary to facilitate the closing of accounts for the fiscal year ending on September 30th, 2024.
