After receiving criticism from Minority Leader Kelvon Morris and Assemblyman Watson Duke, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine defended his argument for the central government to grant the THA 5.8% of the national budget. Speaking to the media, he explained that it is a logical request, one which he decided upon after some introspection.
