‘The Eagle Has Landed’ is a term that became well-known during one of the most significant 20th-century occurrences as the Eagle lunar module descended to the surface when Neil Armstrong and Buzz Aldrin successfully landed on the moon on July 20, 1969, as part of NASA’s Apollo 11 mission.
