Who instructed the Police to act?

Minority Leader Kelvon Morris wants to know who authorized the police to remove vendors along Pigeon Point Road. Vendors were outraged last Friday when police began tearing down their stalls. Chief Secretary Farley Augustine responded, explaining that the vendors were aware of the impending move and tried to delay police action against them. However, Morris is not pleased with this explanation.
