Over the weekend, a multitude of martial arts enthusiasts gathered at the Warriors Way Kata Workshop held at the Pentecostal Light and Life Foundation High School. Leading the event was Sensei Leo Grant, the Head Instructor of Tobago Shotokan Spirit Warriors in collaboration with The Martial Arts Association of Tobago. A special guest, Sensei Tamara Joseph-Novoa, was also in attendance.
