July 28, 2024 – You can now add another country to your travel list as Trinidad and Tobago citizens can now travel to Paraguay visa-free for up to ninety days, following a new agreement signed between both nations.
Minister Dr. Amery Browne, T&T’s Foreign and CARICOM Affairs Minister, finalized the deal with Paraguay’s Foreign Affairs Minister, Rubén Darío Ramírez Lezcano, during the 54th Regular Session of the Organisation of American States (OAS) General Assembly in Asunción, Paraguay, from June 26-28, 2024. This historic agreement marks the first official bilateral agreement between Trinidad and Tobago and Paraguay, opening new possibilities for increased people-to-people exchanges, trade, investment, tourism, and diplomatic contacts.
