The Tobago Regional Health Authority celebrates mental health with a mental health village.
Today is World Mental Health Day and the Tobago Regional Health Authority held a Health seminar to commemorate the day. Their theme “Paint D’ Town Green” highlighted several mental health challenges in Trinidad and Tobago.
