Scarborough, Tobago – In a tragic update, Jumoke Duncan of Bethel has passed away, becoming the fourth casualty identified in the recent gun-related incident in Black Rock on the morning of July 8. This development brings Tobago’s murder toll to 16.
Duncan sustained severe injuries during the shooting and was rushed to Scarborough General Hospital for emergency treatment. He underwent surgery but remained in critical condition before his passing. Police are continuing their investigations into the deadly incident that has significantly impacted the island’s crime statistics.
