TARI and UTT collaborate to offer agriculture certificate programmes in Tobago
Scarborough, Tobago – The Tobago Agricultural Research Institute (TARI), operating under the Division of Food Security, Natural Resources, the Environment, and Sustainable Development, has partnered with the University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) to launch three accredited agriculture courses right in Tobago.
This collaboration allows individuals on the island to pursue higher education and specialized training in the agricultural sector. Persons can now pursue a Certificate in Agriculture, a Diploma in Agriculture, or a Certificate in Agriculture and Agro-processing Technologies. This initiative aims to bolster local agricultural expertise and enhance food security in Tobago.
