Former Head of Public Service Reginald Dumas passes at age 88
Another one of the nation’s building blocks has passed. Former Head of the Public Service, Reginald Dumas died last night at the age of 88. He was instrumental in creating a lot of the policies that shaped the public service in Trinidad and Tobago. Reporter Kandace Jackson has the details.
