Rachel Questelles advances to Prime Minister’s Best Village finals.
Tobago’s own Rachel Questelles, representing Encore Dance Theater, has secured a strong position in the Prime Minister’s Best Village Trophy Competition. After an impressive performance in the preliminary round, Questelles is heading to Trinidad this weekend for the second leg of the finals.
