Scarborough, Tobago – The Industrial Court is eagerly anticipating the establishment of a permanent home in Tobago soon. This announcement was made by the President of the Industrial Court, Her Honour Heather Seale, during the opening of the 2024/2025 law term.
Although the goal of establishing a dedicated Industrial Court in Tobago has been on the agenda since 2015, progress had stalled. Seale shared that there is now forward momentum on the project. This development signals a commitment to improving access to industrial justice and legal services for residents and workers on the island.
