Patients being lured to private care needs probing

Independent Senator Dr. Paul Richards called for an investigation into public hospital patients being diverted to private practices at personal costs. As chairman of the Joint Select Committee (JSC) on Social Services and Public Administration, he noted public complaints received at town hall meetings.
