Partially burnt body discovered

Deborah Gopaul partially burnt body was discovered by police at the welcome to Canaan / Bon Accord sign in Lowlands last night.

Last evening at approximately 9:20 pm, a party of officers from the Guard and Emergency branch were on mobile patrol along the Claude Noel Highway, in the vicinity of the “Welcome to Canaan /Bon Accord” sign when they observed a black Mazda 323 motor car ablaze.
