Orange Hill, Tobago – Prime Minister and Chair of the National Security Council, Dr. Keith Rowley, has expressed concern that the familiarity among police officers in Tobago is potentially weakening policing efforts on the island.
Dr. Rowley convened a special meeting at the office of Central Administrative Services Tobago (CAST) in Orange Hill. This high-level gathering took place hours after Tobago recorded its 16th murder for the year, a concerning milestone in the island’s crime statistics.
