Independence Day traffic restrictions

Assistant Superintendent of Police Dirk John shared the traffic restrictions for tomorrow’s 62nd Independence Parade in Scarborough. ASP John said that there is a security flow of armed and unarmed contingents along the parade route. He spoke about vehicular traffic based on legal notice number one, five two signed off by Commissioner of Police Erla Harewood-Christopher.
