Tobago Included In Major Festivities For The National Carnival
Tobago is often left out of major carnival events during the national carnival celebrations in February. That is slowly changing as event promoters are now including the sister isle in their big events. This was the case with Soca entertainer Erphaan Alves’ EDAY carnival event.
