The Dwight Yorke Stadium has been selected as a venue for the upcoming 2024 CFU Boys Under-14 Challenge Series, scheduled to take place in Trinidad and Tobago from August 16th to August 25th.
Under-14 national teams from twenty-four Caribbean nations will begin arriving in the country around August 14th. Trinidad and Tobago will play their group phase matches at the Dwight Yorke Stadium, facing Jamaica, Martinique, St. Kitts/Nevis, and Aruba. The CFU will announce full details on the tournament, including groups and fixtures, in due course.
Former 2006 World Cup midfielder Densill Theobald is overseeing the preparations of the T&T Under-14 team, which is part of the TTFA High-Performance program.
The squad is expected to enter a residential training camp in Couva next week before relocating to Tobago for their opening match against Aruba on Saturday, August 17th, at the Dwight Yorke Stadium.
