P.D.P. Political leader Watson Duke condemns the way new Store Bay beach facility plans are being handled.
Duke is also concerned that the THA might have already lined up their preferred contractors for the project. However, a statement from the Division of Tourism, Culture, Antiquities, and Transportation dismissed any claims that the procurement process had begun. They assured the public that there would be a wider public consultation after the redesign process was complete, and all tenants and stakeholders of the Store Bay Beach Facility would continue to have free and easy access to information and updates through the facility manager’s office.
