Dr. James speaks on the coat of arms

On Sunday 18th August, Prime Minister, Dr Keith Cristopher Rowley announced that the three ships on the country’s coat of arms, the Nina, Pinta and Santa Maria would be replaced with the steelpan. This announcement has raised concerns about the motivation, purpose and overall costs of removing the three ships. Political Analyst Dr. Winford James was on our Tobago Updates Morning show where he shared his views on the proposed changes.
