The Prime Minister’s announcement of changing the three Columbus ships to the steelpan on the Coat of Arms has sparked nationwide discourse. Adding to the discussion is the Political leader of the Progressive Empowerment Party, Phillip Alexander, who said the coat of arms is not needed anymore.
