The Chief Secretary’s Art Competition offers students from Tobago’s nine secondary schools a platform to showcase their creative talents. Participants produce artwork in various mediums, capturing the essence of a true Tobagonian in celebration of “Tobago Day.” Speaking at the event, the Chief Secretary Farley Augustine shared words of inspiration and guidance with the young artists.
