Scarborough, Tobago – The Chief Secretary’s Art Competition offers students from Tobago’s nine secondary schools a platform to showcase their creative talents. Participants produce artwork in various mediums, capturing the essence of a true Tobagonian in celebration of “Tobago Day.”
Speaking at the event, Chief Secretary Farley Augustine shared words of inspiration and guidance with the young artists, encouraging them to pursue their artistic passions.
